It is Italy in 1992, overrun with corruption and scandals. Despite all the problems, a number of people are still trying to make the best of it. An ex-soldier accidentally stumbles into politics and has to pull out all the stops to even understand what they are talking about in the Senato della Repubblica; a woman-devouring marketer with a much too large cell phone - including antenna - hangs out with the Italian Don Draper; a hungry young cop tries to bring a personal crusade to a successful conclusion in addition to the fight against corruption; a classic Italian beauty ricochets everything that is loose and stuck with the aim of ever being able to announce something on Rai Uno and a daughter inherits her father's empire, but that turns out to be not the nicest gift that he gives her post mortem could print. At first they fool around a bit separately from each other, after a while the stories of the different characters start to become more and more entwined and a story unfolds that you cannot get enough of.
