After Morgan Freeman (Se7en), Morgan Spurlock, the one with the elevated blood sugar in Super Size Me, now also puts his teeth into the seven sins. Packaged as seven mini-documentaries about striking personalities, pride, greed, lust, jealousy, gluttony, revenge and laziness are all reviewed. Women in skirts up to the knees (for those who are rather visually inclined… sorry), who literally eat themselves to death on triple bypass burgers at the Heart Attack Grill, a completely healthy all American boy with a penchant for wheelchairs and men who wrap them in rubber so that they can leave the house as a woman… They all pass by. 7 Deadly Sins is a kind of Jambers, but better portrayed. A lot prettier. A little peek at the neighbors and see what strange figures there are all over the face of the earth. Because they are short portraits, it never really goes into depth and that's a shame.
