Schilling, Chambers and Pino (pictured from left to right) join previously announced actors Felicity Huffman, William H. Macy, Nick Cannon and Michael Chiklis. The project reunites Pino and Chiklis, who recently starred in the MGM+ series Hotel Cocaine.

The series is based on the British BAFTA Award-winning crime anthology series of the same name, created by Jimmy McGovern.

Schilling, Chambers and Pino star in the episode April's Story in which a nurse commits a crime that changes her life. Schilling plays April, Chambers plays Tyler and Pino plays Jake.

Accused (US) was developed for American TV by Howard Gordon, who produces alongside Gordon, Alex Gansa, David Shore, Erin Gunn and Daniel Pearle. Gordon and Pearle serve as co-showrunners. Milan Cheylov, Frank Siracusa, John Weber, All3Media America's Jacob Cohen-Holmes, Jimmy McGovern, Sita Williams, Roxy Spencer and Louise Pedersen for All3Media International also serve as executive producers.

Schilling is an Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated actress, best known for her starring role as Piper Chapman in the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black, which ran for seven seasons. She recently starred in Jason Katim's Apple TV+ series Dear Edward and as porn star Erica Boyer in the Hulu limited series Pam & Tommy.

Chambers is best known for his role of Dr. Alex Karev in Shonda Rhimes' medical series Grey's Anatomy. He appeared in the series for sixteen seasons. He also played the role in an episode of spin-off Private Practice. Most recently, Chambers played the role of Marlon Brando in Paramount+'s limited series The Offer.

Pino currently stars as Roman Compte, the general manager of the Mutiny Hotel and Club, in the MGM+ series Hotel Cocaine. Previously, he appeared in FX's Mayans MC (2018), where he starred as Miguel Galindo and directed two episodes. He also played NYPD detective Nick Amaro in four seasons of NBC's Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

The new episodes of Accused (US) will air on Fox from Tuesday, October 1.
