The seven episodes of Apple's Never Fall premiere on Peacock on Thursday, March 14. The series is based on the bestseller by Liane Moriarty and revolves around the seemingly perfect Delaney family. Former tennis teachers Stan (Neill) and Joy (Bening) have sold their successful tennis academy and are ready to embark on what should be the golden years of their lives.
While they look forward to spending time with their four adult children (Jake Lacy, Alison Brie, Conor Merrigan-Turner, and Essie Randles), everything changes when an injured young woman knocks on Joy and Stan's door and brings the excitement they've been missing.
But when Joy suddenly disappears, her children are forced to reexamine their parents' so-called perfect marriage as their family's darkest secrets come to the surface.
The writer, showrunner and executive producer of the series is Melanie Marnich. She is joined by executive producers David Heyman, Gregory Jacobs, Liane Moriarty, Bening, Joe Hortua, Albert Page and Jillian Share. Executive producer/director for episodes 1, 2, 6 and 7 is Chris Sweeney (The Tourist, Liar). The director for episodes 3, 4, and 5 is Dawn Shadforth (His Dark Materials, Trust (2018)).
The regular cast includes Bening, Neill (Peaky Blinders), Jake Lacy (The Office), Alison Brie (Community), Conor Merrigan-Turner (Thai Cave Rescue), Essie Randles, Georgia Flood (Wentworth), Jeanine Serralles (Utopia ( 2020)) and Dylan Thuraisingham (Head High).
Guest stars include Katrina Lenk (Ozark), Timm Sharp (Enlightened), Nate Mann (Ray Donovan), Paula Andrea Placido (The L Word: Generation Q), Pooja Shah (9-1-1) and Quentin Plair (Roswell, New Mexico ).
The series is produced by Heyday Television, which is part of Universal International Studios, a division of Universal Studio Group.
