Cross has already been ordered for a second season and a premiere date for the first season has now been announced.

From Paramount Television Studios and Skydance Television, Cross is a complex, twisted, pulse-pounding thriller created by showrunner and executive producer Ben Watkins, based on the characters from James Patterson's bestselling Alex Cross book series.

Cross

Cross follows Alex Cross (Hodge), a detective and forensic psychologist who has a unique ability to delve into the psyches of killers and their victims in order to identify and ultimately capture the killers.

Prime Video has scheduled the premiere of the Aldis Hodge-led and produced crime thriller series Cross for Thursday, November 14.

In addition to Hodge, Cross also stars Isaiah Mustafa, Juanita Jennings, Alona Tal, Samantha Walkes, Caleb Elijah, Melody Hurd, Jennifer Wigmore, Eloise Mumford and Ryan Eggold.

Prior to the debut of the first season, the series was renewed for a second season in May. The cast for season two includes Wes Chatham, Matthew Lillard and Jeanine Mason, with Johnny Ray Gill in a regular role.

Watkins serves as showrunner and produces the series through his Blue Monday Productions. Sam Ernst, Jim Dunn and Craig Siebels also serve as executive producers. James Patterson, Bill Robinson and Patrick Santa produce for James Patterson Entertainment.

David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Bill Bost produce for Skydance Television. Cross is produced by Amazon MGM Studios, Paramount Television Studios and Skydance Television.
