SBS has ordered a second season of the series Danni Lowinski. The series is based on a German series, also called Danni Lowinski. A Belgian version has also been made.
The series is about a hairdresser in her early thirties who, besides her work, succesfully got her Law degree, but can't find work. With her perseverance and resourcefulness she starts a private practice with a table in the middle of a shopping plaza. She provides the common man with legal assistance for only one euro per minute and that concept turns out to work out surprisingly well.
The series received positive reactions from TV critics and TV personalities, such as Sonja Barend.
