Wilson Bethel returns as Bullseye in Daredevil: Born Again on Disney+

Wilson Bethel, who played Benjamin Poindexter/Bullseye on Netflix's Daredevil, reprises his role in Disney+'s upcoming series Daredevil: Born Again. Sources say he will appear in three episodes of the series, which is now being filmed. A Marvel representative declined to comment.

After a production pause in mid-June due to the writers' strike, Marvel Studios has made a creative overhaul of Daredevil: Born Again, which follows the original lead character Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer who becomes a crime-fighting superhero, and stars Vincent D'Onofrio reprises his role as mob boss Wilson Fisk/Kingpin and Jon Bernthal returns as The Punisher.

Part of the changes includes Dario Scardapane (The Punisher) replacing Matt Corman and Chris Ord as showrunner.



The new creative direction also seems to be bringing back more familiar faces. The casting of Bethel (pictured), first reported by ComicBook.com, follows a recent InSneider report about the return of Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page) and Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson) from the original series.

The cast of Daredevil: Born Again also includes Margarita Levieva (The Deuce), Arty Froushan (Carnival Row), Sandrine Holt (House of Cards (2013)), Michael Gandolfini (The Deuce) and Nikki M. James (Severance).
