Detectives look back on a police investigation they will never forget. In this episode the illustrious robbery of seven top paintings from the Rotterdam Kunsthal. It is soon referred to as the Art Theft of the Century, and the trail of the paintings leads the investigators towards eastern Romania. There is the question: can they still save the paintings, or have they disappeared in a desperate attempt to destroy all traces?
