On the beautiful Sussex coast, Sarah meets Paul and Ryan, who dream of a modern super-stylish home with spectacular views of the sea. The couple plan to create their dream home themselves, using their life savings, including a cutting-edge kitchen and a whole new floor with views across the sea and the countryside.
