The second season of Dr. Death will revolve around the true story of Paolo Macchiarini. He’s a charming surgeon, renowned for the innovative operations that earn him the nickname of “Miracle Man.” When investigative journalist Benita Alexander approaches him for a story, the line between personal and professional begins to blur, changing her life forever. As she learns how far Paolo will go to protect his secrets, a group of doctors halfway across the world make shocking discoveries of their own that call everything about the “Miracle Man” into question.

As victims piled up, two fellow surgeons and a young Assistant District Attorney set out to stop him.

What a bizarre series. After 4 episodes still no idea if this doctor is a narcissist, psychopath, sadist, drug addict, crazy or all of them.

Before I look up all the information online about how everything really happened, first watch this series. Watched in two days. You know that in broad terms you are dealing with a film adaptation. How bad. Unbelieveable. Beautifully depicted, how sad (and understandable) that you can sympathize with the protagonist and at the same time want to scream at the screen. It remains exciting, sufficiently dramatized for a series. Catchy.
