Een Jaar Van Je Leven is a Dutch reality program which aired on SBS 6. The series premiered on September 4, 2022.

In the new reality game show A year of your life, forty participants cut themselves off from the outside world for a year. They are going to play the game of their lives: for 365 days everything revolves around working together, fighting, carrying out assignments to survive and eliminating the fellow participants one by one.
