it's time for the book The Innocent. It has been adapted into
El Inocente, a Spanish crime series. Starting from the 30th of April, it can be seen on Netflix. For all the previously mentioned series, Coben served as an executive producer. This also applies to this series.
El Inocente revolves around Mateo Vidal (Mario Casas,
Los Hombres de Paco). For nine years, he was imprisoned as he accidentally killed someone while trying to break up a fight. Mateo wants to resume his life with his wife Olivia (Aura Garrido,
El Ministerio del Tiempo). That isn't as simple as hoped. A detective (Alexandra Jiménez,
La zona) takes an interest in Mateo while he's researching a suicide.
