Falling Skies renewed with fourth season

Falling Skies will get a fourth season, the American network TNT announced Tuesday. This fourth season will, just like the previous seasons, consist of ten episodes.

Falling Skies’ last season, produced by Steven Spielberg, didn’t have a great start. The first two episodes were viewed by 4,2 million people. That’s 300,000 less that the first episode of the second season. But the numbers were higher than last year in the category 18 to 49 years and the average age of the viewers decreased with two years.

The fourth season will premiere summer 2014 on TNT.
