No no no! Without Bunty, Mrs. McCarthy, Lady Felicia, Sid, the show has really deteriorated. The new additions such as Brenda and Mrs. Devine are really into 'overacting'. Sometimes almost painful to watch. Father Brown himself is still very Father Brown, but maybe they should have stopped at season 9... Final seasons (10 and 11 fluctuate more towards 5/6)

Hurrah! Just read that (on BBC 1) there will be an eleventh season in spring 2024.

Only recently discovered this series (on BBC First), and now have the first 4 seasons on the head. Typical British humor. Fits well with other British series like 'allo' allo, Dad's Army.
