FBI Adds New Character to Cast

FBI Adds New Character to Cast

Lisette Olivera has been cast as a series regular on CBS’s hit procedural drama FBI.
Oliviera (pictured below) will play Syd, a trained Behavioral Analysis Unit Agent about to enter the field.

FBI, which wrapped its sixth season in May, follows the ins and outs of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's criminal division in New York as they fight to keep New York City and country safe.

Other cast members include Missy Peregrym, Zeeko Zaki, Jeremy Sisto, Alana De La Garza, John Boyd and Katherine Renee Kane.

The series is produced by Wolf Entertainment and Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, in association with CBS Studios. The series is executive produced by Dick Wolf, Mike Weiss, Alex Chapple, Amanda Slater, Rick Eid and Peter Jankowski.

FBI was renewed for three seasons in April, which will continue through season nine. Season seven returns on Tuesday, October 15.

Following Wolf’s Law & Order and Chicago franchises, the series has also spawned popular spinoffs over the years, including FBI: Most Wanted and FBI: International, which are still airing.

Olivera recently wrapped her first major television role in National Treasure: Edge of History, an extension of the National Treasure film franchise produced by Jerry Bruckheimer for Disney+.

She led the cast as Jess Valenzuela, a twenty-year-old dreamer who embarks on a journey of discovery to uncover the mystery of her family history and, with the help of her friends, attempts to recover historically lost treasures.
