The movie starts in Amsterdam in 2006. It takes place before the events of the series. The gang of which Ferry Bouman is a part of is robbed. During the heist, the son of drugs lord Ralph Brink is heavily injured. As a result of that, Ferry is forced to return to his birth area, Brabant. Here he meets his future wife, Danielle (Elise Schaap, Familie Kruys).
On the 14th of May, the movie will release on Netflix. Next to that, the first teaser of Huub Stapel (Flikken Rotterdam) as Ralph Brink and Monic Hendrickx (Penoza) as Ferry's sister Clauda was shown. You can watch it down below*. Earlier, it was announced that Raymond Thiry (Penoza) will also return for the movie, just like Lammers and Schaap.
