Peacock has released some of the first images from Apples Never Fall, Peacock's upcoming limited series based on the bestselling novel by Big Little Lies and Nine Perfect Strangers author Liane Moriarty.

Annette Bening and Sam Neill (Peaky Blinders) lead the cast, along with Alison Brie (Community), Jake Lacy (The Office), Conor Merrigan-Turner and Essie Randles. The series will be released on the streamer in March.

From writer-showrunner Melanie Marnich and Universal International Studios' Heyday Television, Apple's Never Fall centers on the seemingly perfect Delaney family. Former tennis coaches Stan (Neill) and Joy (Bening) have sold their successful tennis academy and are ready to embark on what should be the golden years of their lives. While they look forward to spending time with their four adult children (Brie, Lacy, Merrigan-Turner, Randles), everything changes when an injured young woman knocks on Joy and Stan's door, bringing the excitement they've been missing. But when Joy suddenly disappears, her children are forced to reexamine their parents' so-called perfect marriage, revealing their family's darkest secrets.

Marnich and Moriarty executive produce with David Heyman, Gregory Jacobs, Moriarty, Bening, Joe Hortua, Albert Page and Jillian Share. Chris Sweeney will direct several episodes, including the first. Dawn Shadforth also directs. Universal International Studios, a division of Universal Studio Group, is the studio distributed by NBCUniversal Global Distribution. The series was filmed in Queensland, Australia and Florida.
