James and Oliver Phelps, known for their roles as Fred and George Weasley in the Harry Potter film series, are coming to Heroes Dutch Comic Con! The twins will be guests during the event's exclusive preview night, which takes place on Friday evening (June 21). A unique experience is being organized on this extra evening especially for a select group of Heroes Dutch Comic Con fans. Visitors can take a photo with James and Oliver Phelps, get an autograph or ask them questions during the Q&A on the main stage.
James and Oliver Phelps became world famous overnight with their roles as the Weasley twins in the immensely popular Harry Potter film series. For ten years, the actors appeared as Fred and George Weasley in all eight films. Since then, the duo has mainly focused on creating their Normal Not Normal podcast, in which the two speak with friends who also started acting at a young age. She also developed Fantastic Friends, a docuseries in which the twins discover a different city in each episode with a special guest. The second season premiered last year on HBO Max.

For the first time, Heroes Dutch Comic Con opens its doors not only on Saturday and Sunday, but also on Friday evening. On this exclusive evening, a select group of Heroes Dutch Comic Con fans will have the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive program that is not offered on Saturday and Sunday. They can take part in special panels, participate in unique master classes and be the very first to browse nice stands. So the Phelps brothers are only present on Friday evening, not the rest of the weekend.
The organization also announced that the online comedy show The Hillywood Show will be present all weekend. With 1.8 million subscribers to their YouTube channel, sisters Hilly and Hannah Hinti entertain their audience with funny parodies of the biggest films and series. During the preview night, visitors can be the first to ask their questions to the two during a Q&A on the main stage. The Hillywood Show will be present on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday to sign autographs and take pictures with fans.
The makers of the brand new film Superpowers for your head will come by for a special panel and masterclass. Wouter de Jong, Dylan Haegens and Marit Haegens-Brugman not only explain what it takes to bring a film to life, but they also answer questions from fans and show exclusive first images. The film, for which several scenes were recorded during the last winter edition of Heroes Dutch Comic Con, will be released in cinemas on July 10. Make sure you are present and receive an exclusive signed poster.
But there is also a lot to do for comic and game enthusiasts! Joanne Starer presents her book, Total Suplex of the Heart, to the world for the first time on the main stage. In the Cozy Corner, Andrew Wildman will work on a live drawing of a Transformers artwork and Yancey Labat will take visitors through the drawing process of the official Heroes Dutch Comic Con poster. Anyone who wants to know everything about Dungeons & Dragons can also indulge themselves here; During the GlassStaff panel, visitors can battle with each other to win great prizes and they will explain how to become the best Dungeon Master!
