Cobra Kai is gearing up for its sixth and final season with the release of the first part's trailer and photos.



Cobra Kai takes place more than thirty years after the events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament in The Karate Kid, continuing the inescapable conflict between Daniel (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny (William Zabka) - but now their families too involved.

The final season of the series will be released in three parts on Netflix. The first part can be streamed from July 18, part 2 will follow on November 28 and the last part is scheduled for 2025.



Season six picks up after the elimination of Cobra Kai in the Valley, as senseis and students decide if and how to compete in the Sekai Taikai - the World Karate Championship.

The returning cast includes

Over its five seasons, Cobra Kai has also brought back familiar faces from The Karate Kid film series, including Yuji Okumoto, Martin Kove, Thomas Ian Griffith, Elisabeth Shue, Sean Kanan, Robyn Lively and Tamlyn Tomita.

Cobra Kai is written and produced by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg through their production company Counterbalance Entertainment. Will Smith, James Lassiter and Caleeb Pinkett produce for Westbrook Studios with Susan Ekins in association with Sony Pictures Television. Ralph Macchio and William Zabka also executive produce.
