Patrick J. Adams and Jerrika Hinton are the latest additions to the cast of Accused (US) season two on Fox.

Accused (US) on Fox is based on the BAFTA Award-winning BBC crime anthology series and was developed by Howard Gordon. Each season, Accused (US) offers a collection of timely and human stories of crime and punishment.

Told from the defendant’s point of view through flashbacks, each episode promises to be a provocative thriller with a different crime, in a different city and featuring an all-original cast.

Adams (pictured, left) and Hinton (pictured, right) will both appear in a season two episode titled Marcus' Story, in which a tech entrepreneur creates software that takes a dark turn when used. Adams will play Pete and Hinton will play Lycia, while Nick Cannon will take on the role of Marcus.

In the Sony Pictures Television production, Hinton and Adams join a season two cast that already includes Justin Chambers, Danny Pino, Taylor Schilling, William H. Macy, Felicity Huffman and Michael Chiklis, who returns from season one.

Accused (US) season two premieres Tuesday, October 1st at 8 p.m. ET, where it will lead into the mystery drama Murder in a Small Town led by Kristin Kreuk.

Since playing Mike Ross on Suits for eight seasons, Adams has appeared in National Geographic’s The Right Stuff and Prime Video’s A League Of Their Own. His television roles also include the upcoming Netflix/BBC miniseries Lockerbie, Prime Video’s Sneaky Pete, and NBC’s horror miniseries Rosemary’s Baby.

Since her five-season stint as Grey’s Anatomy’s Dr. Stephanie Edwards, Hinton has starred in HBO’s Here and Now (2018), Apple TV+’s Servant, and Prime Video’s Hunters (2020). She most recently starred in the Netflix limited series A Man in Full.
