Four never-before-seen episodes of The Simpsons are coming exclusively to Disney+ this year, including a holiday-themed double episode.

Additionally, the 18-episode season 35 of the classic animated series, which concluded in May on Fox, is set to debut on the streamer on Wednesday, October 2, Disney announced at D23.

The four exclusive Simpsons episodes for Disney+ are titled The Past and the Furious, Yellow Planet and O C'mon All Ye Faithful (the double episode).

Disney+ will also debut a new Halloween-themed Simpsons short film in October.

These are the first full-length Simpsons episodes produced exclusively for Disney+; the series has previously produced original short films for the streamer, which houses the series’ library.

The move to launch exclusive episodes of The Simpsons on Disney+ is similar to the move the studio, 20th Television Animation, recently made for another Fox animated series, Family Guy, with two holiday specials on Hulu.
