Essex College is almost back in session. The Sex Lives of College Girls will soon return to HBO Max for season three and new episodes will air weekly.

If the trailer below this news story is any indication, the students of this premier institution are still up to the same tricks. Bela (Amrit Kaur) goes after the school mascot. Kimberly (Pauline Chalamet) accidentally gets Whitney's (Alyah Chanelle Scott) father. Speaking of Whitney, she's still dealing with Kappa and finding a new boo after her breakup with Canaan (Christopher Meyer).

The trailer also gives a glimpse of Renée Rapp's Leighton, who will appear in a handful of episodes this season but is not a series regular. Rapp will leave the series after season three, but it is still unclear how the series will handle her character's departure.

Ilia Isorelýs Paulino, Renika Williams, Gracie Lawrence and Mia Rodgers are also regular players this season.

The Sex Lives of College Girls follows four roommates during their first year at the prestigious Essex College in New England. Season two continued with the students returning from their fall break and taking on the challenges they faced at the end of the first season, while also heading into the next semester full of new faces, parties, and problems.

Mindy Kaling and Justin Noble's series is one of the streamer's best-performing original series.

The Sex Lives of College Girls is produced by Kaling International and 3 Arts Entertainment in association with Warner Bros. Television. Howard Klein is also producing alongside Kaling and Noble, who also serves as showrunner.

Season three episodes will air weekly at 9pm on HBO Max from Thursday, November 21 to January 23, 2025.
