The four-part documentary features more than 30 people involved in the accused music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs.

The long-awaited documentary about fallen rapper and music mogul Sean Combs – aka Puff Daddy and (P.) Diddy – will soon be available on HBO Max and the ID channel.

16618 The Fall of Diddy

This four-part series speaks to more than 30 people involved in the case, who reveal Combs’ alleged violent and sexually abusive behavior, including the rape of multiple women and the assault on Cassie Ventura.

The Fall Of Diddy spans decades of allegations, from those who say they witnessed Combs’ violent behavior during his college years and early career at Bad Boy Records to those who recently witnessed him.

While Combs won’t face sex trafficking and abuse allegations until late 2023, they seem at odds with the image that Diddy has carefully crafted for decades. But re-examining his early rise to iconic music mogul reveals early signs of trouble.

Childhood friend Tim Patterson reveals new details about Combs’ upbringing, and singer D. Woods—who was signed to Combs’ record label with her band Danity Kane—opens up for the first time about her experience with Combs behind the scenes. Danyel Smith, former editor-in-chief of VIBE Magazine, who followed Combs’ career closely, also speaks on camera for the first time about his alleged violent behavior toward her.

Thalia Graves also speaks out. She claims that Combs violently raped her in the summer of 2001—and then threatened her with violence to keep her quiet. That was also the year that Combs first went to trial for his involvement in a nightclub shooting in 1999.

Many former employees who knew Combs up close are now sharing their often intense experiences on camera. Combs’ former personal driver, Wardel Fenderson, speaks on camera for the first time and says that Combs tried to bribe him. And Roger Bonds, who was Combs’ bodyguard from 2003 to 2012, is shedding light on the behavior he witnessed from Combs. Makeup artist Mylah Morales says she witnessed Combs abusing singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, who was later shown in the shocking footage of Combs’ then-girlfriend being molested in a hotel hallway.

Using these interviews and a vast collection of archive footage—some of which has never been seen before—The Fall of Diddy paints a shocking portrait of a music mogul who allegedly used his enormous power and influence to cover up a decades-long pattern of abuse and violence.

The Fall of Diddy is produced by Maxine Productions, also the producer of the controversial documentary Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV.

The Fall of Diddy will be available on HBO Max from Tuesday, January 28, and on ID from Sunday, February 9 at 9:00 PM.
