Last year AMC cancelled its drama series 'The Killing', but according to an official statement the series will be brought back to life: Netflix announced they will renew the show for a fourth and final season. This season will consist of six episode which will only be available on Netflix, which has already made the previous three seasons available.
According to the official press release the producer will be Veena Sud, who also produced the previous seasons. The fans will be most excited about the return of Mireille Enos as Linden, and Joel Kinnaman, who will pick up his role as Holder. The creators will start writing the fourth season as the recordings will start in 2014. The date at which the fourth season of 'The Killing' will be broadcast is not set.
Fans refused to accept the cancellation of the series last September, which is why they issued internet petitions which were signed by thousands of people. These fans can relax now and start looking forward to the fourth and final season of 'The Killing'.
