The A List takes place on an idyllic island. It is the location of a summer camp, but it won't stay cheerful for long. Mia (Lisa Ambalavanar) is the main character of the series. She thinks that she's going on a nice holiday, but it soon turns into a nightmare. Especially when the mysterious Amber (Ellie Duckles) comes in.
Strangely enough BBC has only released The A List through their iPlayer and not on their television channel. The first season contains thirteen episodes. Outside the UK that first season can be seen on Netflix. Nina Metivier, who worked alongside Dan Berlinka on The A List now reports that the BBC has withdrawn from the project and that they're now developing a second season for Netflix exclusively. When this season will release hasn't currently been confirmed.
