Groeien & Bloeien is a Belgium comedy series which aired on VRT 1. The series premiered on March 16, 2024.
In this new sitcom, Silke and Klaas run the local garden center Groeien & Bloeien together with their father Frank. It is a real family affair, but the sudden departure of mother Ingrid has left a hole in the family and in the company. They try with a lot of love to keep things straight, although all three often have a different opinion about the right approach... The family shares joys and sorrows with their employees, who they also see as family members. Nothing and no one - not an angry customer, annoying environmental official or persistent aphid - can destroy their tire. Until Frank discovers that there will be a new, modern hyper-garden market nearby. From now on he has only one goal: to save the family business from destruction with as many ideas as possible - according to him brilliantly innovative, according to his family far-fetched and sometimes even dangerous - ideas.
