In the third season of Heartstopper we will see a very famous MCU actress.
None other than Hayley Atwell has been committed for the third season. If the name Hayley Atwell doesn't shine a light, the name Peggy Carter will. Atwell has portrayed Carter in several films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as well as her own spin-off series, Agent Carter.
In addition, Atwell (photo) was seen in the seventh Mission: Impossible film and has also appeared in three Netflix productions. She starred in episodes of Criminal: United Kingdom and Black Mirror. She also provides a voice for Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft. In this she is none other than Lara herself. It is not yet known which role she will play in Heartstopper.
Heartstopper tells the story of Nick and Charlie, two British teenagers at an all-boys school. Charlie, an uptight, openly gay overthinker, and Nick, a fun-loving, soft-hearted rugby player, who are one day made to be together.
A specific start date for the third season of Heartstopper has not yet been announced, but it is expected sometime in the summer of this year.
