Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a two-bed terrace in Bolton and an amazing air raid shelter in Aldershot, Hampshire on the market for 95,000 pounds. They also revisit a plot of land in Crewkerne, last seen two years ago, which now has a dream house built on it. All of these properties have been sold at auction, and Martin and Lucy learn who bought them and what they paid for them when they went under the hammer.
