Apple TV+ renews Invasion

The streaming service is happy with Invasion. So happy that they have renewed the series even before the first season finished airing. Apple TV+ has announced that Invasion has been renewed with its second season. The news came two days before the science fiction series had finished its 10-episode first season run. The first season resulted in mixed criticism, but that didn't stop Apple from renewing the series.

Invasion follows what happens when Earth is visited by an unknown alien species that threatens the existence of humanity. It shows various people from various continents who are struggling to understand the chaos that is going on around them.

The first season concluded on the 10th of December. It is expected that the second season will air in 2022.
