A feast of recognition for men, a sigh of recognition for women.... That is 'Jeuk', the most shameless and shameful comedy of the Netherlands. Thomas Acda plays Thomas, Peter Heerschop plays Peter, Jelka van Houten plays Jelka. They are a version of themselves in a dryly comic, ten-part series, which is partly scripted and partly improvised. Thomas and Peter end up in awkward and painful situations that are so embarrassing that they make you itch vicariously.

I am a big fan of Larry David and immediately thought of it when I saw Itching, indeed up to and including the music it seems. However, the script is unknown to me and therefore not copied from Curb Your Enthusiasm. I think it's a nice series, great without the laughing sound of the (studio) audience.

Itching you have to learn to look, cringing? Yes, but that is precisely the intention, if you go along with that, you will appreciate this. In any case I do. Itching is fun.

Itching .... a new TV series, but unfortunately nothing special. I expected more. I had hoped better . Very unfortunate .... unfortunately the series does not get any further than the simple, banal, vulgar pee-poo-cock-cunt-tit humor. Unfortunately, the level of humor never reaches any pleasant intellectual level. Apparently there was no money available for a scriptwriter of any size.

Completely agree with the previous comment. Even think the series is a bit vulgar and not great acting either......
