Too bad, too bad !! I had very high hopes for this. Because of the books, of course, but also the film. It was performed superbly by Denzel Washington and Angelina Jolie. The storylines in the series are good, the actors are doing their best, but what turns me off is Russell Hornsby as Lincoln. In the early episodes I still thought he might still have to grow into the role but now after seeing all the episodes I'm clear about it Russell has been a very bad choice for Lincoln Rhyme and probably why I don't think there is a 2nd season will come. A real shame because with the right cast this could have been a great series!

The series is disappointing. The protagonist knows and sees everything. This makes everything very predictable, and therefore less exciting. The movie is so much better. No element of surprise built in anywhere. I cannot imagine that there will be a second season. Although I have not seen the last episode yet.
