Omroep MAX is not allowed to make a new season of the series Maud & Babs. There were plans for a third season, but the NPO did not approve them.

Maud & Babs is a Dutch dramedy series which aired on Omroep MAX. The series premiered on September 12, 2021.
Maud is a caregiver for her mother Babs, who is beginning to develop dementia. Her husband Koen thinks she spends too much time caring, which causes tension. While she actually already has her hands full with her marriage and her mother, the old rivalry between Maud and her sister Juliette also flares up when it turns out that she has very different ideas about how mother Babs should be cared for.
