Miss Scarlet and The Duke renewed with fourth season

In Serbia, production has started on the fourth season of Miss Scarlet and The Duke, the mystery series that features Kate Philips and Stuart Martin in the lead. In the PBS series, Kate Philips (Peaky Blinders) portrays Eliza Scarlet, the first female detective in Victorian London. Stuart Martin (Jamestown) can be seen as her juvenile friend, professional colleague, and potential love interest, inspector William "The Duke" Wellington.

The third season of Miss Scarlet and The Duke will start airing on the 8th of January in 2023. The series has already been renewed with its fourth season.

The cast further consists of Ansu Kabia (World on Fire), Cathy Belton (Hidden Assets), Simon Ludders (Broadchurch and Evan McCabe (Doctor Who).



Miss Scarlet and The Duke is from Element 8 Entertainment and is co-produced with Masterpiece in association with 87 Films, Other Mans Shoes and Work in Progress. Created by Rachael New, the series is written by Rachael New and Ben Edwards. Executive producers are Harvey Myman, Susanne Simpson, Jin Ishimoto, Patrick Irwin, Patty Lenahan Ishimoto, and Rachael New.

The Irish co-producer is Jim Duggan, Serbian co-producer Anđelija Vlaisavljević, and the senior series producer for Masterpiece is Erin Delaney. Directors for season four are Nimer Rashed (The Good Karma Hospital), Milos Kodemo (Mars), and creator, writer, and executive producer Rachael New.
