What a nice series! It's all crazy together.

If you like completely absurdist series then this is an absolute must! Especially in the beginning there are many "WTF moments" and you wonder where this is going. It is an "event series" basically intended for one season and afterwards all the goofiness is neatly swept together and it has a satisfying ending. The series is listed here as a drama. Partly it is, but on the other hand it's also a lot of fun. Dramady would cover the load better. The story is actually inexplicable, but it's an attempt: It's about an AI that controls the world. There is a resistance group that opposes this. And a nun married (literally) to Jesus who is assigned a mission by the AI to find the "Holy Grail" (yes, the same one Monty Python was looking for). And then there is a man on a deserted island who, after his rescue, is brought back to that island. Furthermore, exploding heads and someone looking for something in a whale and a horse with a bomb belt. Anyway, as Merase said, it's all crazy, but in the end it's a complete story. Recommended? As far as I'm concerned, yes!
