Three Nashville actors upped to regulars

ABC’s hit country music drama Nashville promoted Chris Carmack along with sisters Lennon and Maisy Stella to series regulars for the upcoming second season of the show.

Lennon and Maisy have been with the series since its pilot episode. The girls play Rayna's (Connie Britton) children, Maddie and Daphne. Born from musical parents -- country duo, The Stellas, the Canadian youngsters gained popularity on YouTube. Their single, "Telescope," from the season's third episode was released.

Carmack, most known for his role as Luke in The O.C., appeared in the final six episodes of the first season as Will. Though his character at first appeared to be schmoozing, manipulative, and a threat to new couple Scarlett (Clare Bowen) and Gunnar (Sam Palladio), he later revealed he was gay and only uses his womanizing tactics to get ahead in the country music industry.

The second season of Nashville premieres October 10 at 10pm on ABC.
