National Treasure

The day after a gala evening, on which he can present an award to his best friend and colleague, comedian Paul Finchley is arrested at home by the police after they received a complaint that the man had allegedly raped a woman more than twenty years earlier. Although the man does not seem aware of any harm and he initially laughs off the charges, the press soon gets wind of the possible scandal. Not only is the man thrown upside down in his life and that of his family, but press reports quickly snowball and follow several complaints from women claiming to have also been victims of the famous comedian. Where as a viewer, after seeing the pilot episode from this four-part miniseries, you have absolutely no idea whether or not the man is guilty of one or more charges, it is easy to guess that his real nightmare has yet to begin ...

Not as good as National Treasure Kiri... Ending had a little more closure.
