Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
This ABC series is a pioneer in the superhero tv world and was the first series to be added to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Many others followed, both on ABC and other networks. At first, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. received a lot of criticism, but the show became better and has already reached its seventh (and final) season.

Arrow
Arrow started back in 2012 and then kick-started the Arrowverse, a digital universe that evolved into quite the spectacle. Over the past few years, Arrow had to deal with a lot of criticism, and rightfully so. However, season seven and eight were great and will result in a worthy end for the show. Despite a fair amount of criticism, Arrow never lost its true fans as enough people voted on this show to be part of this list.

The Boys
Amazon has started to produce a lot more series over the last few years and they've decided to also attempt a superhero series. The Boys completely changes the genre and shows what'll happen if superheroes decide not to use their power for good, but for their own nefarious plans. The series has received a lot of praise. The second season has already been ordered and will probably release somewhere in the beginning of 2020.

Doom Patrol
Doom Patrol is the second series made for the DC universe streaming service, and it is a spin-off of Titans (2018). The main cast was already introduced in an episode of Titans in the first season. Doom Patrol is a fresh breath of air for the genre, but it can be a bit quirky at times. However, that is part of the charm.
The Flash (2014)
The Flash (2014) has become a well known name in the superhero genre. This was the first series to be added to the Arrowverse back in 2014, and it's currently in its sixth season. New and fresh storylines have made sure that The Flash (2014) settled in quite nicely. I think that this show isn't going to end anytime soon.

Jessica Jones
The 3rd and final season of Jessica Jones has ended an era. No more Marvel series from Netflix. The last season was, once again, amazing and had an ending I certainly didn't expect. A good way to end a series.

Marvel's The Punisher
Marvel's The Punisher received a large amount of votes from MySeries users this year. Even though many people considered the 1st season to be better than the second, it still garnered enough support to end up in this list.
Titans (2018)
Titans (2018) came in as the first DC Universe series in 2018. Nobody knew exactly what to expect, but the show nonetheless managed to exceed all expectations. With great characters and a good storyline, the show has once again become part of this list this year.

The Umbrella Academy
The Umbrella Academy isn't your average superhero series. It isn't like anything Marvel and DC have released. It does have a talking chimpanzee, time travel and the apocalypse. The question "what is good and what is bad" is something you ask yourself whilst watching this series. Watching this series is a breath of fresh air if you want to watch a superhero series, but want something slightly different.

Watchmen (2019)
Watchmen (2019) came as a surprise. This HBO series follows a group of masked superheroes after one of them has been murdered. On MySeries this show received a 7.9 and a lot of fellow writers were very pleased with this show. The many votes Watchmen (2019) got for this list confirms it!
