Apple TV+ has given the green light to the new sci-fi series Neuromancer. The series is a ten-episode drama based on William Gibson's debut novel of the same name. Neuromancer is co-produced by Skydance Television and Anonymous Content and is also produced by Drake's DreamCrew Entertainment.
JD Dillard (pictured, left) and Graham Roland (pictured, right) will develop the project for TV. Roland will also serve as showrunner and Dillard will direct the pilot episode.
The streamer reveals that Neuromancer will follow a damaged, high-ranking super hacker named Case, who, along with his partner Molly, a mirror-eyed assassin, is drawn into a web of high-stakes digital espionage and crime, aiming to take down a corporate dynasty with untold secrets. raids.

Gibson's novel Neuromancer received many awards, including the Nebula Award, the Philip K. Dick Award, and the Hugo Award. The novel served as the first book in the Sprawl trilogy and was followed by Count Zero and Mona Lisa Overdrive.
Roland and Dillard are executive producers along with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Matt Thunell for Skydance Television, Anonymous Content, Drake, Adel “Future” Nur and Jason Shrier for DreamCrew Entertainment, Zack Hayden and Gibson.
