Vote now for your favourite in the Annual Series of the year election 2020!

Today is the day! The Series of the Year Awards 2020 have started. Starting today, you can vote till the 1st of February on your favourite shows in fifteen different categories.So how does it work?
The first thing you have to do is click the big green button at the bottom of this message. You can also press the button at the top of your dashboard (on the homepage, the page you get to see after you logged in). The third option is to press the button in the MySeries app*. After that, you end up in the voting module. In each of the 15 categories, you get to vote on one of the nominated series. How and why all of the series have been nominated can be read in the columns that were released over the last 15 days. All the columns can also be found at the bottom of the voting module so that you can take one last look and think before you vote.

* Voting via the app? Then make sure you updated to the latest version.

Has your favourite series not been nominated in a category? Then you can always decide to use a wildcard *. You can then pick a series of your own choice. This series has to meet the following criteria: at least one episode of the series was released in 2019 and it, naturally, has to be part of the appropriate genre **. You don't have to vote in every single category, and if you change your mind, you can always pick a different series until the 1st of February. Once you're done voting you will end up on an overview page that you can share with friends, if you want to show them which series you think are the best of 2020.

* For two categories - best actor and best actress - you cannot use a wildcard.
** Are you trying to add a series as a wildcard, but are unable to do so? It may be that the series isn't considered to be part of the genre. Do you disagree? Feel free to contact us and we'll take a look.

When will the results be revealed?
On Monday the 1st of February, the voting module will lock. Votes will be counted and on Monday the 8th of February, the results will be released. We will then also reveal who has won which prizes.
