Premiere date new Hallmark series Ride

Ride is coming to Hallmark soon. The drama series will air after the season finale of The Way Home, which will air on Sunday, March 26.
Starring Nancy Travis, Tiera Skovbye, Beau Mirchoff, Sara Garcia, Jake Foy and Tyler Jacob, the drama follows the McMurray family who have made the rodeo their living.

Hallmark Channel revealed more about the upcoming series in a press release:

“Hallmark Channel is offering viewers a special event night with a double dose of primetime drama on Sunday, March 26. The night kicks off with the highly anticipated finale of the critically acclaimed multi-generational family drama series, The Way Home, moving to an earlier time of 8 p.m. Then hold on to your cowboy hats for the debut of the brand new original series Ride at 9pm, which follows the intertwined lives of a rodeo family dynasty.

Andie MacDowell (Maid, Wireless), Chyler Leigh (Supergirl, Grey's Anatomy), Evan Williams (Versailles, Awkward.) and Sadie Laflamme-Snow (Game On! (2020)) star in The Way Home, which premieres Sunday, January 15. premiered and caught the attention of critics who praised the series for its compelling and innovative story and outstanding performance.

MediaPost said, "The Way Home on Hallmark is a gem of a drama," while Parade claimed, "It's an intriguing generational family mystery with unexpected twists featuring strong female characters — a perfect fit for Hallmark."

In its first three episodes, The Way Home grew from its premiere to become the premiere program on cable Sundays. The Way Home tells the story of the Landry women, who have been estranged for more than twenty years after the unexplained disappearance of the youngest in the family and the untimely death of the patriarch. Now living under the same roof again, they must find their way back to each other by discovering truths about their past.

Nancy Travis (Last Man Standing, The Kominsky Method), Tiera Skovbye (Riverdale, Dirty John), Beau Mirchoff (Good Trouble, Narcos: Mexico), Sara Garcia (The Flash (2014), Reign (2013)), Jake Foy ( Designated Survivor, Billy the Kid) and Tyler Jacob Moore (Seal Team, Shameless (US)) star in the new multi-generational family ensemble that follows the lives of the McMurrays, part of a rodeo dynasty going back a generation, as they struggle to keep their beloved ranch afloat.

After a tragic loss, each character embarks on a powerful journey of transformation and self-discovery, while also uncovering a twisted web of secrets that threatens to tear the family and their small town in Colorado apart.

The Way Home is a Neshama Entertainment production in association with MarVista Entertainment. Heather Conkie, Alexandra Clarke, Fernando Szew, Hannah Pillemer, Larry Grimaldi, Ani Kevork, Arnie Zipursky, Marly Reed, Suzanne Berger, Lauren MacKinlay, MacDowell and Leigh serve as executive producers.

Ride is co-produced by Blink49 Studios and Seven24 Films, in association with Bell Media for Canada's CTV Drama Channel. Based on an original screenplay by married couple Rebecca Boss and Chris Masi, who serve as showrunners and executive producers with Sherri Cooper-Landsman.

John Morayniss, Carolyn Newman and Virginia Rankin produce for Blink49 Studios; Greg Gugliotta and F.J. producing Denny for Nitelite Entertainment; Elana Barry and Josh Adler produce for Circle of Confusion; and Jordy Randall and Tom Cox are producing for Seven24 Films. Paolo Barzman (Wynonna Earp) directs and produces. Fifth Season handles the international distribution of the series."
