CBS renews five series

Amongst others, Magnum, P.I., NCIS and Blue Bloods have been renewed for another season. In a Tweet, CBS has revealed five renewals for the upcoming television season. Amongst others, CBS has decided to renew the popular NCIS with its nineteenth season. The other renewals involve series with similar themes: a detective series, a legal series and two cop series.

Blue Bloods is going to have its twelfth season and Bull (2016) has been renewed with its sixths season. Next to that, Magnum, P.I. has been renewed with its fourth season and S.W.A.T. has been renewed with its fifth season. Quite a few renewals, but this will not apply to all CBS series. Earlier, it was revealed that MacGyver (2016) has been cancelled. The final episode of this series will air on the 30th of April.
