The second season of Outer Range will be helmed by showrunner and executive producer Charles Murray, with all seven episodes releasing on Thursday, May 16.
Brolin makes his directorial debut with the penultimate episode of season two. The cast also includes Imogen Poots, Tamara Podemski, Lewis Pullman, Tom Pelphrey, Noah Reid, Shaun Sipos, Isabel Arraiza, Olive Abercrombie and Will Patton.
