Nice French series about the Gepan department of the French space organization CNES, which deals with UFO reports. The series begins when a new manager is appointed who is tasked with explaining all UFO reports. That is really his intention, but then he encounters things that he cannot explain... The series is full of fun finds and special characters, all with their own quirks. The episodes are easy to watch in half an hour, but once you get into the story, you will naturally want to continue watching. The entire look and feel of the series exudes the 70s. The colors, the cars, the clothing, etc. The series was canceled after 2 seasons. But the story is neatly finished. Only the last minute of the last episode does provide a punchline about how they would have wanted to proceed. OVNI is an abbreviation that stands for Objet Volant Non Identifié (= unidentified flying object) or UFO.
