EPIX has finally confirmed the premiere date of the second season of the Batman prequel Pennyworth. Next to that, they've also released a teaser. There were already
some rumours about the premiere date of the second season of Pennyworth because executive producer and director John Cannon shared a date on his Instagram page. According to Cannon, the season would start on the 2nd of December. But he was wrong by a couple of days. The second season is set to premiere on the 13th of December, according to EPIX.
Among others, the cast will be expanded with Simon Manyonda (
His Dark Materials), Jessica de Gouw (
The Hunting), James Purefoy (
Sex Education), Edward Hogg (
Harlots) and Jessye Romeo (
