Ricky Hards

Age: 60
born: 13 December 1963
Ricky Hards (born December 13, 1963) is an English actor and model who played and voiced Charlie Jolson in The Getaway. Other than The Getaway he has appeared in several British television shows, such as Lock, Stock... and Casualty. He also starred alongside Joe Rice in the short film, High Infidelity. In 2000, Hards made a small appearance in the Tim Firth comedy drama series Border Cafe playing a trucker called Morris Tollit. Tollit is a regular character who appears or is referenced in several of Firth's series. In the 1994 sitcom Once Upon a Time in the North he was a regular character played by Bob Mason, and in the second series of Preston Front in 1995 he was alluded to as having given the central character of Hodge (Colin Buchanan) a lift. Quite why the character - who had previously been depicted and referred to as a middle aged northern truck driver who believed he had an Indian spirit guide called Geronimo - appeared in Border Cafe as a gruff muscular cockney trucker has never been explained!
