On the 31st of March, the final episode of the first season of Resident Alien will air on Syfy. The network has now revealed that there's going to be a second season. It will consist of ten episodes, just like the first season. It is not yet known when this new season is going to release.
Resident Alien revolves around alien Harry (Alan Tudyk, Doom Patrol). He comes to earth with the goal of eradicating all humans. He assumes the identity of a doctor from Colorado. Slowly, he starts to question his secret mission on earth. Are humans worth saving? The story is based on the Dark Horse comic books. Next to Tudyk, the main cast further consists of Linda Hamilton (Beauty and the Beast (1987)), Meredith Garretson (Prodigal Son) and Elizabeth Bowen (Upload).
