Ruby Speaking is a British comedy series which aired on ITVX. The series premiered on June 22, 2023.

Ruby is a popular addition to the workforce in a West Country call centre, but puts other people's problems above her own and definitely above making a sale.

The series is inspired by the years creator and star Jayde Adams spent working in a call centre.
