The thrilling crime series Safe Harbor is written and directed by none other than Mark Williams, showrunner of the acclaimed Ozark.
The genius hacker Tobias and his ambitious best friend Marco are determined to become tech billionaires. But when they come under the radar of the notorious Irish mafia family Walsh, their lives take a dangerous turn. Under the guidance of their father, Sloane and her brother Farrell are sent to the Netherlands to use the talents of Tobias and Marco to hack the security system of the Port of Rotterdam and thus expand their family empire.
Tobias and Marco are unintentionally dragged into the dangerous world of European drug trafficking. What started as a one-time assignment to secure drug shipments unnoticed quickly turns into a deadly game of cat and mouse. They must not only outsmart the ruthless mafia, but also the authorities who are on their heels.
The international ensemble cast includes Martijn Lakemeier (Máxima) and Alfie Allen (Game of Thrones) who play cybercriminals Marco and Tobias. Jack Gleeson (Game of Thrones) and Charlie Murphy (Peaky Blinders) are Farrel and Sloane Walsh from the infamous Irish mafia.
We also see Gaite Jansen (Ik Weet Wie Je Bent) and Colm Meaney (Star Trek: The Next Generation). But also the Flemish actors Charlotte Timmers (Billie vs Benjamin), Felix Meyer (Kameleon) and Inge Paulussen (Alter Ego) shine next to this international top talent in this exciting series.
