Star Trek: Picard

I don't know, but I'm having some trouble with this second season. It all seems a bit forced to me. The story doesn't really resonate with me. And all well-known heads who are completely different? It's all a bit far-fetched. And actually boring. Too bad Q is actually only used as a MacGuffin. We are already half way through the season and it is still completely unclear what his motivation is for doing this. No, this doesn't seem to be going in the right direction. And if this continues, this will unfortunately be yet another Star Trek attempt that Alex Kurtzman and associates manage to screw up.

It would have been better to call the 2nd season Star Trek Reunion. We see: Brent Spiner (Data), Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine), John de Lancie (Q), Whoopi Goldberg (Guinan), Jonathan Frakes (William Riker), Jonathan Del Arco (Hugh) LeVar Burton (Geordi La Forge) they probably didn't find. I'm a big fan of Star Trek, but season 2 makes no sense. From one flashback to another, filled with endless bullshit. Very little has been seen of the real Star Trek adventures after seven episodes.
