Quibi has announced the premiere date of the reboot of The Fugitive (1963), which is set in October. A trailer has also been released. Earlier this year, Quibi announced that progress had started on
a new version of The Fugitive.
The Fugitive (1963) started airing on ABC in 1963 and was cancelled in 1967. Quibi recently released a teaser for
The Fugitive (2020), but has now also released a trailer.
The reboot will premiere on the 3rd of August. Boyd Holbrook (
Narcos) will portray the main character, Mike Ferro. He is an innocent man who wants to clear his name. He is chased by a cop, who will not rest until he has caught him. Kiefer Sutherland (
Designated Survivor) will portray detective Clay Bryce.
